The Next Level Intensive Workshop
The
Facilitator
Dr.
Ron Wu is the founder of the Next Level Intensive
and has facilitated NLI training since 1990. He has over 30 years
experience as a personal and executive coach, is a Certified Management
Consultant and seasoned corporate trainer. He specializes in personal
and organizational development, and family-owned business succession
planning. He coaches executives on leadership, team building, and
conflict resolution for their companies and families. He is a member
of the Institute of Management Consultants, the American Psychological
Association, the Family Firm Institute, the International Coach
Federation, and the Mentor Coach community.
Co-facilitator:
Janice Wu has extensive experience in leadership and management
development. She coaches and trains elementary school principals,
teachers, and staffs. Janice provides schools with strategic planning
and best practices for raising student achievement. She currently
teaches Foundations of Education at National University, Sacramento,
CA where she also trains and supervises student teachers.
